This is our Full Planning package and will be tailor-fit for all of your wedding needs. This is the package for those couples who want an expert planner and design team to come in, listen to their vision and bring it to life for their special day. The price listed is the starting rate for this package.
About this package:
Depending where you are at in your planning process will determine at what point we will begin. We work with the ideas you already have or help guide you to discover what it is you are looking for. We will listen to you and create a breathtaking event while you sit back and relax. We want our clients to feel taken care of. Your event is in safe hands.
Services include but aren’t limited to:
- Venue Selection
- Tour of the venue
- Floor Plan Creation
- Detailed Timeline Creation
- Series of consultations
- Attend vendor meetings with you or on your behalf
- Provide a List of Preferred Vendors
- Vendor Contract Assessments
- Budget Assistance
- Point of Contact
- Wedding Rehearsal Coordination and to brief the couple and the wedding party on the timeline for the next 24 hours. (I will be available for up to 2 hours)
- 12 hour Wedding Day Coordination
** Although this is not the end. This package can be adjusted for any additional needs necessary. We are here to help, so let us know what we can do for you! Any additional meetings or hours spent will just be at an hourly rate.
